I bought the new City and Colour album Little Hell yesterday and I love it!

First Beach Day

So I was talking to my roommate about how the hotter the weather gets the more confident I am in wearing less clothes. And since I don't have a job or school at the time I have WAY TOO MUCH time on my hands I decided to make this. Enjoy.

Hoobastanks here! No?....Iron & Wine!

There was a free Iron & Wine concert in Millenium Park, which was not as relaxing as I was hoping it would be. It was a free concert so I can't really complain. Sam did play one of my favorite songs, My Lady's House, and it beautiful. It was so different from the album version, which I love when artists mix it up so it's not like just listening to the album at home. I was glad I was able to sneak past the security guard to get closer.

Today I finished reading Bossypants. I laughed, I cried, I peed my pants a little. Alright, you caught me. I didn't cry. I was definitely inspired by Mrs. Fey. Some of my favorite lines:

"Do your thing and don't care if they like it" (Pg. 145).

"'Is this person in between me and what I want to do?' If the answer is no, ignore it and move on. Your energy is better used doing your work and outpacing people that way. Then, when you're in charge, don't hire the people who were jerky to you" (Pg. 144).

"Photoshop is just like makeup. When it's done well it looks great, and when it's overdone you look like a crazy asshole" (Pg. 158).

Justin Santora

Since graduating I haven't been able to do any printing. At first it was nice to have a break from constantly having to churn out work at a rapid pace. But now, I am starting to go crazy. I am now on the hunt of finding a new place to print. In the meantime I have been drawing inspiration from other printers and I am in love with Justin Santora's work!
